Rude Olive Packs a Pun in Every Tin

Snack tins are a classic form of packaging, and Rude Olive, a conceptual concept from Affogato Design , takes that vintage lunchbox nostalgia and brings it to today. The whole idea rests on that pun of a name, and the typography does the rest. Brass swing handles turn each container into an actual lunchbox, creating a packaging system that doesn’t just end up in the trash. Most olive packaging still plays it safe with glass jars and simple typography, so a portable tin with this much personality is sure to quickly capture consumers’ attention. The only problem with this design is that it’s not real, because I want it.Â
