- The Milwaukee Brewers have won the 2026 World Series, a first for the 57-year old ball club.
- Miller Lite is commemorating the victory with “Clinch Cans” that were on the production line the moment the Brewers won the MLB championship.
It’s been 44 years since the Milwaukee Brewers last reached the Major League Baseball (MLB) World Series, and for the first time in franchise history, they’ve actually won the whole thing. The city is so hyped that the school district even canceled classes on Friday for the victory parade.

Molson Coors’ Miller Lite, brewed in Milwaukee, is also excited for the Brewers’ victory. In fact, thousands of cans of beer were on Miller Lite’s production line at 10:13 PM Central Time, the moment the Brewers won the World Series. The bosses made a call and asked the brewers to mark all the cans on the line at 10:13 PM, and Miller Lite wrapped them in a specially designed label, calling them “Clinch Cans.”
The Clinch Cans label features a blue background with a yellow wordmark and two wheat spikes running along the sides, reminiscent of baseball stitches. Below the “Lite” wordmark sits the Brewers’ logo (one of the GREAT MLB logos, naturally), and the bottom of the can reads “Clinched 2026.”

“This is the biggest win in Brewers history. As the official beer of our hometown team – one named after beer, no less – we knew we couldn’t just sit back and say ‘congrats’,” Courtney Benedict, VP of marketing, Miller Lite Family of Brands, said in a press release. “The only question was how to celebrate a moment this big. As it turns out, the answer was already brewing!”
Brewers fans can reserve their own Clinch Can starting Monday, November 2nd at MillerBreweryTour.com/clinchcans.
