Chef Esther Choi has bottled up her personality and Korean heritage for her latest venture, Sessy. Sessy is a Korean-American pantry-staple brand that’s all about the Korean essentials everyone should have in their kitchen. The brand launched with a range of basics called the “Korean Pantry Essentials,” which includes three foundational products: sesame oil, soy sauce, and gochujang (chili paste).
