Cat Person is a new DTC brand for people understandably fond of felines. Our task was to create shipper packaging that would engage and excite cats and their people. Pets typically come running when they hear the sounds of mealtime – we challenged ourselves to create even more excitement when the doorbell rings.

Since the brand is about celebrating the special bond between cats and their humans, we focused on delighting our furry amigos with an unboxing experience just for them. Transform a shipper into a stylish cat chalet in two easy folds. The welcome kit turns into a paw puzzler for hours of feline fun. Remake a big box into a luxurious cat condo – the perfect kitty crash pad.

Illustrations of cats and their persons wrap around each box, reinforcing the solidarity and pride in being part of this diverse cat-loving community. The result is an engaging, inclusive (& recyclable) way to live up to the tagline: “Cat’s are our thing”.
