7-Eleven Refreshes Its Slurpee Brand Just In Time For Summer

The convenience store chain 7-Eleven is known for being always open—hence the name—and for some of its signature offerings. Can you even imagine a world without the Big Gulp, Big Bite, or the Slurpee?

Well, neither can 7-Eleven. And now the snack king has unveiled a refresh to their tasty frozen delight courtesy of Safari Sundays, just in time for summer and ahead of 7-Eleven Day, the brand’s unofficial holiday.

The Slurpee logo gets reworked with a funky typeface featuring large round curves reminiscent of the sweet and icy slurry’s shape in the cup. The new type also incorporates thin-width lines for variety and fun. Additionally, the “S” has a small, upturned serif on the top, which serves as another nod to the Slurpee.
