Pantone’s 2026 Color of the Year is Cloud Dancer (it’s White)

If anyone was worried about the Pantone Color of the Year leaking early due to a Motorola slip, they needn’t have troubled themselves. No, it wasn’t Lightest Sky, but the theme and the general connotations surrounding the name at least remained intact.

The 2026 Pantone Color of the Year is Pantone 11-4201—Cloud Dancer. The white hue is said to have a “billowy, balanced” nature and is intended to evoke a sense of peace and serenity that invites reflection in a sea of noise.
