Student Spotlight: Tayler Westlake

Check out these two package designs by Tayler Westlake a recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago.

Tyler Candles"A rebrand and repackage of Tyler Candles products. Before, each candle product looked exactly the same and there was no way to differentiate scents without opening the packages - especially since a majority of the scents don't have descriptive names. I developed a specific pattern for each scent that would visually communicate the unique personality of a scent before opening the candle. Featured products are the small 6oz candles and infusers in scents Cucumber Melon, Winter Wonderland, and High Maintenance."

Nature's Path Granola

"A repackage of Nature's Path Granola. Nature's Path really cares about making quality, tasty, organic granola - something that needed to be shown in their packaging. All of the typography is hand drawn to highlight the care that has gone into each pack of granola. The bags are made from kraft paper and feature a re-closable tab."
