Summer Entry closed at the end of July. Late Summer is now open, and it runs until Friday, August 28 at 11:59 PM PT. After that the rate moves up a band and keeps moving until entry closes for good in February.
That is the whole argument for entering in August, and it is worth being blunt about it rather than dressing it up: the work you would submit in November is the same work, judged by the same jury, for more money.
