The Hindu festival of Durga Puja gets celebrated annually, falling on the Indian month of Ashwin, which falls between September and October on the Gregorian calendar (it’s also known as Navratri in western India). The festival commemorates the Hindu goddess Durga and her victory against the evil shape-shifting buffalo demon Mashishasura.

A major holiday, the rituals, recitations, performance arts, gift-giving, and general revelry are all a part of the 10-day festival. 7-UP is also getting into the festive spirit with limited-edition packaging featuring their fun-loving mascot, Fido Dido.
