I wrote about it last year and will continue to write about it this year: I am not a fan of pumpkin spice. As a girl who lives in the deep South with undeniably awful summer temperatures and unbearable dew point levels, I love when summer slips into fall. Yet, as much as I love fall weather, it also brings pumpkin spice-flavored everything, and I’m not looking forward to having to make an effort to avoid it.
So, we’re looking back at the best articles of August and feeling entirely grateful that none of them has anything to do with pumpkin spice because, let’s face it, fall doesn’t start until September 1st, even if Target releases Halloween items in late July.
