The old saying goes, “with April showers come May flowers,” but in our world, we like to believe that with April packaging comes all the year’s trends. This past month proved that brands aren’t shying away from color, and we love the vibrantly maximalist approach.
In line with maximalist design styles, there was an exciting burst of 8-bit-inspired type and illustrations, making us wonder if nostalgia is in or if it ever even left in the first place.
We’re in for a very kaleidoscopic year if April’s packaging showed us anything.
