Designing in the cannabis industry can be tricky. There’s already a very established aesthetic, and most brands tend to stick to it instead of pushing beyond what’s expected.
This identity shows that the category doesn’t have to look the same. It can be colorful and engaging without falling back on the usual illustrations or overused script typefaces.

NFUZD is a brand of cannabis-infused seltzers built to stand out. Unapologetically bold and colorful, the brand embraces its role as the life of the party.
Visually, it draws inspiration from the ’80s and ’90s. Saturated palettes and layered gradients create a sense of nostalgia without feeling stuck in the past. The subtle grain running through these gradients echoes both the sparkle of a seltzer and the sensory presence of cannabis constituents. Complementing this, the primary typography has a retro character that works naturally with the gradients and color system.

The logo channels the spirit of ’90s rock bands. Some letters feature a visual shift that subtly references the sensory impact of THC without being explicit. Designed to feel strong and unmistakable from a distance, the mark carries an attitude that is confident and slightly rebellious.
At its core, NFUZD leans into pop culture as a shared language. It’s less about selling a drink and more about capturing a vibe: colorful, exciting, and made for people who treat every hangout as a story waiting to happen.
