I love a brand that leans hard into art-gallery presentation, and Liu Yue Xian’s rare-ingredients line takes that idea and runs with it, turning each jar into something you would actually want displayed on a shelf.
JDO built the whole system around a die-cut shield window, a shape borrowed straight from the brand’s core soy sauce line, so instead of showing you a product photo, the box frames the raw ingredient, letting you see the actual mushroom, truffle, or saffron threads before you even open it. Thin gold linework and small gold seals run through every box, giving off a ceremonial kind of luxury rather than anything flashy, while the typography is minimal and mostly white against the dark ground.
