To support Ukrainian refugees, Solovey is a new-to-market brand with packaging designed by Ragged Edge that highlights the country’s strength and courage, inspiring those affected and those who wish to help.
“The illustration on the front of the pack represents a Solovey, or nightingale, Ukrainian’s national bird,” stated Max Ottingnon, co-founder of Ragged Edge, “It’s considered a symbol of hope, spring, and renewal. This brand aimed to create a counterpoint to the senseless devastation of the invasion and speak to the incredible spirit shown by everyday people in Ukraine. So the Solovey made perfect sense as the centerpiece for the identity.”
