What happens when designers branch out from helping clients and instead create a brand of their own? If Zero shows us anything, more designers should get into the art of starting companies. Digitally-native branding studio, Zero, has gotten into the weed business by partnering with Dosist and Sunday Goods founders to launch Studio, a cannabis company focused on design. The result is anything but boring, and the packaging system is right on target with black and white warped patterns that make anyone, stoned or not, feel a little bit out of this world. This is clearly a brand by cannabis people for cannabis people, and we appreciate the emotional investment in creating a beautiful brand and packaging system.

Leveraging its expertise in building cannabis and CBD brands, digitally-native branding agency Zero has partnered with two of the cannabis industry’s most respected founders, Dosist’s Matt Seashols and Sunday Goods’ Randy Smith, to launch cannabis company Studio. After years of serving cannabis companies, Studio marks Zero’s transition to becoming equity partners in a cannabis venture — offering a family of creative cannabis brands that prioritize education, accessibility and reliability.
