Is chocolate best when served in its purest form?

Hard to say, really, but when you see some chocolatiers adding Pop Rocks, edamame, and, yes, bacon (because it doesn’t need to go with everything, dude), sometimes you just long for the good, unadulterated stuff.

Thomas Haas Blak wants to get back to basics, and they did it with a little help from Vancouver-based Pendo.
