Proxies is a line of non-alcoholic wine designed to replace but not necessarily replicate its boozy counterpart, and, just in time for summer, they’ve announced their first canned offering, a sparkling rosé-style beverage.

The sparkling rosé contains riesling grapes, strawberries, white tea, and lime zest. Proxies describes the flavor as dry, with high acidity, and slightly savory, and it pairs well with summertime snacks like salty potato chips and the newly-popular-but-always-reliable tinned fish.
