Atelier Constant Berger Gives Community Cider a Fresh Label

Atelier Constant Berger makes cider in Belgium’s Pays de Herve region using apples from a traditional, untreated orchard.

Its Cidre à Façon service invites customers to contribute their own fruit to a collective batch, and for packaging, Baudouin Willemart uses bare silver cans wrapped in jagged white stickers, oversized black typography, and flashes of electric green. A tiny bird emblem nods to the producer, but the personality comes from treating practical information as the actual design itself. It reflects a growing appetite for community-driven packaging, where the story of how something is made gets as much attention as the product inside.
