The Macallan and Bentley Motors have collaborated to create the Macallan Horizon, a prototype limited-edition single malt whiskey that will be available in summer 2023.
Visually mesmerizing, the twisted and warped casing gets made of unusual upcycled materials recovered from distilleries and the car manufacturing process. Recycled copper, recovered aluminum, as well as recycled wood, leather, and glass are among the materials used. What’s more, the bottle doesn’t stand upright, reflecting “the horizontal trajectory of the automotive world.”
