Jollie Made Collagen Look So Good You’ll Want to Eat the Box

Collagen jelly sticks aren’t new, but Jollie’s packaging, designed by Daria Shiian, makes you actually want one. The illustrations feel like a luxury fruit you want to gobble up, and the design system makes that case without tipping into a medicinal space.

The hero illustration on each box is a 3D rendered fruit, a glossy translucent peach or mango that’s rendered with the kind of resin-like sheen that references Korean confectionery design and the visual language of jelly-based beauty snacks that have taken over the K-beauty market. Plus, the logo has a retro bubbly quality at the intersection of 1970s American food branding and contemporary clean-girl aesthetics.  Jollie treats collagen like something worth craving, and now I want one.
