Tropic Thunder star and director Ben Stiller is best known for his comedic acting and filmmaking, not to mention creating one of the buzziest TV shows in recent memory. Surprisingly, he’s also getting into the beverage business, as he saw a gap in the market for a more premium soda.
Dubbed Stiller’s, naturally, the brand promises “classic soda made right” and launched with three flavors: Lemon lime, Root Beer, and Shirley Temple.
Stiller, a longtime fan of the Shirley Temple cocktail, wanted to remove the beverage’s relative uncoolness and “kid’s drink” reputation and sought to elevate it to something everyone can enjoy.
