Here’s a not-so-definitive list featuring some of Sweden’s most notable exports: safe cars, ABBA, affordable furniture, electronic dance music, and Alfred Nobel’s real-deal moneymaker, dynamite.

Now, we can safely add a commitment to sustainability to that list, with the Scandinavian nation leading the world in recycling, sustainable city planning, and investment in green technology. It’s little surprise that the national spirit of eco-consciousness has distilled down to native vodka maker Absolut. One of the brand’s sustainability efforts includes using over 40% recycled glass in all their bottles, a fact they aimed to highlight with their latest limited-edition bottle, Absolut Comeback.

The vodka distiller hopes that the bottle will encourage increased rates of recycling and a more circular lifestyle that mitigates the impact on the environment. The new bottle also serves as a celebration of Absolut’s green practices, as their manufacturing sends less than 1% of waste to landfills, while their distillation is CO2 neutral.
