Zoo Wild Ale’s Rich Simplicity

Inspired by the very plants that make up a natural wine, designer Chai Kunpeng takes it back to nature for this packaging design. The black illustrations on the white background continue the organic simplicity, and while the silhouettes are uncomplicated, an elevated undertone envelops the rich design.

This natural wine is made of 22 different animal foods with mint, root celery, mushrooms, auricularia flower and foraging acid ants, moss and other components instead of hops,It corresponds to the food eaten by 22 different animals in nature. In the design of this natural wine, I tried to find a natural, wild and rough visual language to express the brewing way of this wine returning to nature.
