Tenuta Marino: Where The City Meets Beach Town

Published

Tenuta Marino is a wine brand that takes inspiration from the big city and puts it in a beach town framework. The black and white labels feature abstract flowers accompanied by patterns created when grapes are pressed to paper. By imbuing the wine label with the product itself, this winery takes their passion for the product seriously.

The M for Marino is comprised of diamonds, creating a modern and metropolitan feel that can be juxtaposed with the carefree feeling of the label. A little glamor for a sleepy beach town and you have one beautifully designed wine.

Located in the Marche region of Italy, just 15 minutes from the beach resort town of Senigallia, lies the Tenuta Marino Vineyard, owned and run by two native New Yorkers. Chris and Marjorie purchased the estate in 2017 and have immersed themselves in the culture of the area, respecting the land and using it to maximize its capabilities to produce quality wines and olive oils. They describe the landscape as having a bit of everything, ranging from snow capped mountains to lush green hills that descend into the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
