• Boston’s in-house team developed Sun Cruiser’s branding and packaging in partnership with Stout Design.

Sun Cruiser is a new hard iced tea brand from Boston Beer Company, with branding and packaging that conjure the feeling that summer can last forever, regardless of the weather outside. Working with Stout Design to bring the brand to life, the sessionable hard tea offers a tantalizing option in one of the fastest-growing subcategories in the RTD landscape.

According to Brian Gunderson, principal at Stout, Meghan Andersen, executive creative director at Boston Beer Company, led the overall project, with his agency helping create the packaging’s initial look and feel. Andersen and her in-house design team finalized the packaging and the brand logotype, and Stout worked with Boston Beer on the brand look and feel for additional graphics, illustration, and photography direction.
