For the most part, every year for Valentine’s Day, Dieline runs a collection featuring some of the best holiday-related packaging we’ve seen, whether it’s the rare gem you can find tucked away for a last-minute gift at CVS or some limited-edition out-of-reach delight imagined by a high-profile agency.

But we didn’t do that this year.

And why? Well, Valentine’s Day is just one of those Hallmark-curated holidays that leans heavy on the same old tired tropes, and frankly, there wasn’t much worth covering.
