TIPA creates packaging that behaves like conventional plastic materials but has the same end-of-life as organic materials. The sustainable brand just announced its partnership with Atlapac, a leading contract manufacturer and distributor of pouches and bags.

Together, the two corporations announced that, through their partnership, they intend to manufacture fully compostable, flexible packaging mailers for Atlapac's premium fashion and retail customers.

"Every new partnership is not only a milestone for TIPA, but a step in the right direction in educating the public and safeguarding our planet," said Michael Waas, VP, North America, at TIPA. "While we see more sustainable products in the fashion industry, the challenge with conventional flexible plastic packaging is that it is very difficult to recycle due to its thin and multilayered films."

Atlapac and TIPA will work together to revolutionize the standard in fashion and retail spaces to inspire brands to take sustainable steps without the additional costs.
