Denomination designed the stunning, nature-inspired limited edition packaging for Tread Softly. The wine brand is known for its environmentally conscious ethos. It recently celebrated planting its one-millionth tree on reclaimed agricultural land in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor in Australia. The limited edition wine bottle celebrates biodiversity while keeping elegance and sophistication in mind. The rich colors and soft typography pair nicely together to create an understated yet organic aesthetic.
When it was first launched, the brand promised to plant one native tree for every case of wine sold.
Three years later, Tread Softly has planted its 1 millionth tree on reclaimed agricultural land in the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor in Australia. As they continue to grow, the trees will form an integral part of the ecosystem, providing homes and shelter for wildlife, as well as combat carbon emissions in our atmosphere.
To celebrate this significant milestone, Denomination created Limited edition packaging for both labels and shippers, and the creative strategy was to illustrate the end benefit of planting the trees – biodiversity – in the creation of a home for native birds and wildlife. Tread Softly’s evocative flowers were replaced by beautiful c.19th illustrations of native Australian birds by Elizabeth Gould – that were originally attributed to her husband but have since been proven to be all her work.
