“Indulgent” is a word that often comes to mind when thinking about ice cream. It delights the palate with rich flavors and creamy mouthfeel, but pints often fall short of communicating the experience of eating ice cream.
Art director and designer Hodan Nasra challenged conventional ice cream pints with branding and packaging that convey pure indulgence through typography for concept brand Melto. Rather than use depictions of ingredients or a busy array of graphics and callouts, Hodan visually connects delicious decadence through form, color, and art direction.
