Sav Snaps and Sparkling are alcoholic beverages created from sap harvested from birch trees growing in the mineral-rich soil of Jämtland, Norway, using an original recipe that dates back to 1785. Inspired by the northern Scandinavian pureness, multidisciplinary design agency Stockholm Design Lab – responsible for developing Sav’s brand name, graphic identity, photographic language, packaging and website – created a stark but communicative solution that marries typographic, monochromatic and structural simplicity with subtle craft and premium cues.
