Inner Piece makes modern jigsaw puzzles that spread quiet time in a loud, distracted world. As creative director and co-founder with my wife, I wanted to create beautiful contemporary packaging that would stand out in a folksy category. My background is in advertising, but I’m a writer so I had to teach myself Adobe Illustrator and get inspired by all the talented designers and wonderful work here on The Dieline. Our puzzle company opened for business in December with four different 500 piece puzzles. Each includes a cotton bag and pin which we also designed. Our mission is to spread quiet time, so we give $1 for every puzzle sold to mindfulness programs for youth.
