Shinola is becoming a modern-day Renaissance brand with a specialty for authentic creation.

Now, not only do they produce one-of-a-kind watches, bicycles, and handbags made in the US, they’re also aspiring hospitality connoisseurs as they dive into their newest project Shinola Hotel with Bedrock Manufacturing, a management firm based in Plano, Texas.

Opening its doors to the public on January 2nd, Shinola’s boutique hotel is made up of130,000 square feet between five buildings in Detroit’s Woodward Avenue shopping district, two of which are restored historic buildings.
