Puberty Just Got A Little More Manageable Thanks To Self-Care Brand Gryt

Published

A universal truth about humanity is that going through puberty is downright awful. Battling a raging storm within while trying to figure out the constructs of your middle school’s social circles is challenging enough—add some acne-prone skin on top of it, and you’re dealing with what’s probably the toughest patch of adolescence.

Gryt is a self-care brand for teens and tweens that fully understands the challenges of puberty. The brand’s packaging, designed by Emily Kowzan-Ritter, Kathryn Beaton, Carly Kaufman, Caroline Makoujy-Kusnetz, and Becky MacGregor Clark, moves away from teenage tropes but still feels wholly approachable for the demographic. Using excessive white space and layered, colorful typography creates a crisp design with the necessary joyful elements.
