Perfume has the inexplicable ability to transport you into a scene from the past. One whiff, and you’re instantly entranced in the aroma’s magical powers. The outer packaging for these scents acts as a sculptural, visual reminder of the power that lies within. Kazuha Otake designed the striking bottle for Do perfume that’s meant to be showcased on vanities and countertops.

“do the perfume” collection — This pair of do the perfume scents is inspired by the concept of “??A-Un,” which symbolizes the origin of all things, the knowledge and virtue to which all things return to, the beginning and the end. “mellow sign”— A noble and compassionate scent. We wanted to do something special for this new beginning. We worked Shiho Hayashi, a ceramic artist living in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, to create custom art piece caps for our perfume bottles. These caps were handmade one by one by Shiho, to evoke the breath of the natural world and to add a sense of unique freshness.
