West can now add packaging design to his list of creative pursuits. The hip-hop artist and internet attention-seeking enthusiast teased a collaboration with Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa and QSR global brand McDonaldâs to reimagine its food packaging.
The College Dropout artist teased the collaboration on his sparse Instagram account, offering scant details on the project. The package appears to be a square-shaped hamburger wrapped in transparent cling film, though it’s unclear if itâs a printed image on a substrate like paper. McDonaldâs signature Golden Arches logo is on top of the packaging.
