Foria Gets A Redesign And A More Environmentally-Friendly Makeover

The connection between sex and cannabis is a longstanding one. The same kind herb that makes Doritos and Star Wars more awesome can even ignite our passions and enhance intimacy. Of course, cannabis also has therapeutic properties and can provide relief from menopausal symptoms, reducing pain and inflammation.
Foria is a sexual wellness brand that seeks to alleviate many of these common problems while improving pleasure and health. Foria’s line of products primarily offers CBD, in addition to THC and other hemp-derived compounds, in items like oils, vapes, capsules, tonics, lube, and suppositories.
Now, the innovative company has undergone a redesign, one that puts elegance, simplicity, and sustainable low-impact packaging front and center. The branding and packaging are stylish, modern, and gender-neutral, and the outer boxes come splashed with soothing gradients. Josh Principe developed the visual aesthetic, and the exquisite nature illustrations are the work of GiacoMina Ferrillo.
More importantly, the packaging is made with 100% post-consumer waste paper and plant-based inks, while the amber bottles come free of paint, frost, or metallic coatings as some recycling facilities and municipalities will refuse them. The pipettes get made from glass, which Foria chose over plastic sprayers, removing spray tops from the picture entirely (though the brand is not 100% plastic-free as they are using bio-plastic to wrap the outer boxes). Plus, when you order a shipment, it will come protected in compostable peanuts and kraft paper. To do this, the brand worked with Brown & Wilmanns Environmental, where the firm delivered a sustainable overhaul through all of their packaging touchpoints, reducing waste and improving recyclability.
The brand also sources all of its hemp from Hudson Farms’ USDA-certified organic supply. By turning exclusively to Hudson Farms, it streamlines Foria's supply chain and reduces the firm’s carbon footprint.
Since the brand started in 2013, Foria essentially defined the category of CBD sexual wellness. With the redesign, their new aesthetic not only further pads their resume but gives them a soothing makeover that speaks more to the brand’s message of relief and intimacy.
