Netra Candles: Beautifully Design Candles With A Cause

We love this hyper-minimalist candle design for Netra Candles. The jet black box allows the small flourishes of color on each box to stick out and draw the eye. The label, inspired by brail, are numerous dots that make up a candle flame. This touch speaks to the mission of the candle, a social good enterprise that will keep customers coming back. 

Netra is an extension of an existing organization: Sunrise Candles. It is a lot more than a brand or a product, it is a story. A story of hope, inspiration, & relentless dedication.

The story of a man who when lost his vision instead of giving up on life mastered the craft of candle making. This man went on to beat all odds to run a successful business that trains & employees several visually impaired people to produce & sell a variety of candles.

Netra, meaning eyes/vision in Hindi was used for the name since the founder believes this brand this company is his view/vision of the world & also since it adds the 5th sense to them which they lack by themselves.

The brand logo takes its inspiration from brail text used by the blind along with the form factor of a candle & human eye.
