AriZona & Adidas Continue Their Odd, Torrid Love Affair With New Slides

When I think of AriZona Iced Tea, I think of that month in college where I drank so much I’m pretty sure their Green Tea with ginseng and honey became my lifeblood. What I don’t think of, is loving the brand so much I want to put it on my feet.
That said, with Arizona Iced Tea and Adidas' new line of Continental Vulc sneaker and Adilette slides, I’m starting to!
Last month, the two companies paired up to drop their 99-Cent Sneakers and set the internet on fire. Now, continuing what might be the most befuddling collaboration of 2019, Arizona Iced Tea and Adidas are rolling out slides that will be available in men’s, women’s, and children’s sizes.
The different variations of styles arrive in black, white, green, pink, red, and orange. Each shoe comes with bold prints, including flowery accents and vibrant geometric prints pulled from the art found on AriZona’s affordable, sweet beverages.
For the two women’s exclusive slides, they take their cues from the Lemon and Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey flavors. For the Lemon slide, they are designed with a black nubuck and feature the geometric pattern typically seen on the can. For the Green Tea slide, the colors utilized are pink and turquoise, featuring the iconic cherry blossom pattern the brand has become known for.
Other iterations of the shoes will be taking their inspiration from AriZona’s Mucho Mango and Watermelon flavors.
Those who want to wear their love for the beverage company, the shoes will be available starting September 1st on Adidas.com. With these new slides, shoe aficionados can quench their thirst for fashionable, albeit confusing, footwear.
