Combining imagery on the label of Vigna del Mare that incorporates all of the vineyard lands is striking. The sand-inspired background paired with the vivid flora and the sparkling gold foil creates a one-of-a-kind label that beautifully represents the brand’s home.
The label for Vigna del Mare is inspired by a story by Marcello Ingrassia that describes a place rich in fauna and flora. The vineyard that slopes down from the hill to the beach is populated by green lizards, hares and grazing sheep. “In this scenario I imagined a visual synthesis of some subjects of the story that caught my attention. With a graphic operation, inspired by the work of the Trapani artist Carla Accardi, I created pictograms which, thanks to an algorithm, are arranged on each label in a different way, generating unique compositions “.
