There are traces of beer production all the way back to the Sumerian culture, that’s about 5,000 years ago. Ever since then, the popularity of this beverage has only kept on growing. China alone consumes 112 billion 12 oz beers a year. Producing that amount of beers deviated us from flavor, and on a typical human behavior, we went from consuming commercially produced beer to going back to our garages and producing our own artisanal beer, why? Because it tastes way fucking better!
