I’ve never really understood why non alcoholic beer tries to prove itself by copying the moody, serious look of craft beer, so Loose Goose showing up with a smiling little face on every can is a welcome departure, even if it is just a conceptual design.
Kristerre built the whole brand around a sweet little wide-eyed goose, with eyes open for Original, closed for Spark Malt, and crossed out for Dense Heavy Malt, essentially turning the can into a tiny character that reacts to how strong the brew is.Â
The Loose Goose type is chunky, rounded, and playful, which keeps the whole thing feeling approachable. It skips the usual beer tropes entirely and leans into character-driven design, tapping into a broader CPG trend of mascots making a comeback, but with an elevated twist, proving that even a serious category like NA beer can have a little personality without losing any credibility.
