Les Vinificateurs 2021 is a wine that values building a thoughtful relationship with its consumers. The bold logo overlaid on a simple label with a solid linear pattern creates a more constructed look. Still, the handwritten text balances the design and creates a more approachable technique. Designed by Atipus, this is a wine label that’s both meticulously uncompromising and playfully flexible all wrapped up in one delicious wine bottle.
This time, the brief changed slightly. They wanted to focus on the craftsmanship of the wine. And in second place, the data. The goal was to create an artisan look, to represent their winegrower’s authenticity. We used a contemporary Grotesk remake type. And created handmade lettering. We did one too for the cork that says “Place à la dégustation!” –which means “Time for tasting!”–.
