Vacation Releases A New Sunscreen That Mimics The Magic Of Whipped Cream

Whipped cream is arguably magical. The light, fluffy product is a charmingly sweet dairy dessert topping, making everything from chocolate pudding to strawberries naturally tastier. Or, you know, you can just chug it straight from the can.

Now, the luxury sunscreen brand Vacation has released a new 'Classic Whip,' a water-resistant sunscreen that's reminiscent of all the best qualities of the dessert.

Since launching last year, the dreamy brand has been known for its nostalgia-inducing products. Most recently, Vacation created the Classic Whip sunscreen to highlight the delightful experience of whipped cream in every way. The can's design and whipped originality of sunscreen instantly charm you while simultaneously inspiring you to care for your sun-drenched skin. 

In 1948, "Bunny" Lapin, a St. Louis-based inventor, developed Reddi-wip using real cream and packaged his invention in an interactive aerosol can. Vacation's sunscreen version pulls inspiration from the original Reddi-wip can design, highlighting a red and white color palette, a loopy type set, and a luxurious 80s-ish image of the white fluff on the front.

Vacation is known for generating nostalgic feels through its products, but there's something extra special about changing the texture of products consumers know so well. The whipped product feels romantic and sensual, creating a new experience around a previously nondescript and essential product.
