Whoever said not to play with your food hasn’t met student designer Irina Ushchekina. For a school project, Irina was asked to rethink the packaging design and concept of the canned food industry, and to say she ran with her idea is a vast understatement.

Choosing canned fruits and berries, Irina designed a packaging concept for an on-the-go and active lifestyle. The result is packaging that can easily be transported or thrown in a bag and either eaten as a snack or quickly be added to a different snack such as yogurt or granola. In addition, the branding elements reflect the product’s textures, colors, and shapes, creating an interactive and inspiring system.

Not to be dramatic, but I would love it if every sauce and condiment came packaged inside these portable squeeze bottles.
