Nineteen Ten honors its Mexican heritage while infusing the brand with modern flourishes. The Mexican restaurant, located in London, finds its footing through a blend of traditional Mexican typeface, with vibrant colors that are sure to catch the millennial eye.

The rich reds and vibrant pinks and blues work together to create a cohesive and playful restaurant concept. Next time you’re in London, Margarita Mondays are a must at Nineteen Ten.

Nineteen Ten is a Mexican restaurant and cantina located in London, U.K., named after the year that saw the start of the Mexican revolution, which transformed Mexican culture and culminated in the Mexican constitution.

The graphic proposal alludes to traditional Mexican pattern with a contemporary approach; we wanted to create a Mexican identity without cliches. We found inspiration in "barro negro" a traditional pottery pattern found in Oaxaca. That inspiration was applied throughout the entire graphic system in metaphorical and playful feel, along with a colorful and memorable palette inspired by renowed Mexican arquitect Luis Barragán.
