Holy Shirtballs, The Packaging For Kristen Bell's Happy Dance Is Forking Nice

Actor Kristen Bell needs little preamble. She has delighted audiences in films like Forgetting Sarah Marshall, on the small screen in The Good Place, and, if you’re a parent of small children, you’ve presumably heard her vocal performance as Anna in Frozen about a billion times by now. Bell has unlocked a lot of LA celebrity achievements, and now she can add two more—having a CBD brand and cosmetics line.

The Veronica Mars star was the face of various Neutrogena campaigns in the past, but Happy Dance is the first time she gets to rep' her own brand of CBD skincare and wellness products. The hemp-derived range includes body butter, a skin moisturizing coconut melt, and a bath bomb. Developed in collaboration with CBD wellness firm Lord Jones, Happy Dance comes designed as an unfussy, simple addition to wellness routines targeted at moms—because no one better understands the struggles of being a typical mother than the Hollywood glitterati.

"Self-care shouldn't be an event," Bell said earlier this year when they announced the brand. "Self-care should consist of everyday pick-me-ups that can be integrated into one's daily routine."

The packaging is colorful and consists of paired, bright, and super-saturated colors along with a custom type that brings a kinetic and playful attitude authentic to Bell’s public persona. It is starkly different than Lord Jones’ visual identity, allowing it the freedom to tailor its product range and branding to a divergent consumer base, with a smaller price tag, while also benefiting from Lord Jones’ reputation in the CBD market.

Happy Dance is now available online, directly from the brand’s website.
