Spice packaging doesn’t have to look like pantry utility, and Aara shows how much more inviting the shelf can become when the pack actually teaches you something.

Anushri Shah designs labels inspired by Indian visual traditions, filling them with symmetrical botanical drawings, birds, and decorative borders that evoke folk textiles and embroidery. Pronunciations, flavor profiles, origin details, and cooking ideas make each jar a small introduction to the spice inside, opening Indian ingredients to shoppers who may not already know their way around them. It is a joyful shift from the familiar functional spice jar, using culture and information together to spark curiosity.
