KFC and La Vieille Ferme are proving that chicken and wine never don’t work together, teaming up for Coq au Vin, a limited pop-up wine bar landing in Shoreditch, London. Running from August 28 to 31 at Kachette Annex, the collaboration pairs KFC’s fried chicken with La Vieille Ferme’s famously nicknamed Chicken Wine, bringing together the biggest fried chicken chain and the rosé that has become a viral phenomenon after selling 14 million bottles in the UK last year.

The concept leans fully into the bit. Popcorn Chicken comes paired with a Sparkling Rosé described as bright and celebratory; Hot Wings are paired with a juicy, berry-forward Rouge; and Original Recipe Tenders are offered alongside both a crisp summer Rosé and a balanced Blanc. Dips include Original Sauce, Supercharger, and Texas BBQ, rounding out a menu that KFC says will challenge every assumption about proper wine pairing.
