When it comes to a can of tuna fish, it’s pretty difficult to imagine anyone doing anything remotely innovative regarding the packaging. I mean, we’re talking about a can of tuna here. And no, we’re not talking about the Fish Wife’s of the world that have taken the humble can of sardines and smoked trout and turned them into a pricier delicacy. However, it does seem like many a CPG founder loves to take inexpensive, humble pantry staples and turn them into luxury-leaning goods so they can ruin it for the rest of us who want a cheap lunch or an affordable sweet treat.
