We need to talk.

Not to scare you, but this is my most serious installment of Shelf Life yet. And while I know the topic of diet culture and dieting in general is something most people tip-toe around, it’s a topic that’s been on my mind—a lot. And especially how it relates to the CPG space.

Here’s the thing. I am a girl. Diet culture has been inescapable my whole life. It has been inescapable to my mom. And her mom. And her mom.
